Day 1

Our representative will greet you at the Cochin International Airport/ Ernakulam Railway Station and will help you to transfer to Munnar. It is 139 Kms away from Cochin and the Journey through the high mountain ranges and clouds takes around 04 Hours Overnight stay at Munnar Hotel. Munnar is one of the famous hill stations in Kerala. It was once the favoured summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers. Unending expanse of tea plantations - pristine valleys and mountains- exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries and forests –aroma of spice scented cool air welcomes the tourist. En route visits Cheeyappara Waterfalls.

Day 2

After breakfast proceed to a full day sightseeing trip to Munnar -which is a nature lover's paradise with endless tea gardens lakes on western ghat hills; basically, it is a tea town. covering - Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, Blossom Garden, Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary, home of Nilgiri Tahr( very rare mountain goat). Overnight in the Munnar hotel

Day 3

After breakfast checks out from the hotel and drives to Thekkady. . The travel time is around 3 hours for a travel distance of 98 Km’s. Here you can see cardamom, coffee pepper and other spices. On way to the hotel, you could visit the spices or herbs.Main Sightseeing points:- Nature walk and sight wildlife sanctuary visit, Spice plantation(Optional), Boating at Periyar (Optional), Elephant Ride(Optional).Overnight at Thekkady Hotel

Day 4

Breakfast, then Proceed to Alleppey for Kerala House Boat Journey The Journey takes Around 3 Hours to cover 150 Kms. Here you will be checked into a Kerala Style Traditional House Boat to discover the Natural beauty of Kerala backwaters. Stay and Dinner arranged in the Deluxe Air Conditioned Kerala House Boat with Traditional food for lunch. Dinner and Stay at Houseboat as per Tour itinerary

Day 5

After breakfast check out the hotel and leave to Cochin. Travel time is 1 hour 30 minutes for a distance of 74 Km's. Here you will visit, Mattancherry palace, Jewish Synagogue, Chinese fishnet, Marine Drive, Hill View Palace, Lulu Mall Biggest Mall in India. In the evening drop at Ernakulam Railway Station/Cochin Airport. End of Tour with Sweet memories.

Notes –

As every customer preference is unique we would request you to check the on line reviews of the hotels, Hotel Location and distance from the Town and advise for the changes required.

Maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room as per the Hotel Policy. The third occupant shall be provided  either a mattress or an extra bed

For meals included in the package as part of Meal Plan, the menu is preset and specific choice of meal is not be available

Taxi will be used according to the  itinerary given in the Invoice only. For Extra timings or off route destination extra cost will be levied. The same needs to be paid to the driver directly 

We would request you to suggest your choice of Vehicle as per your convenience. The package price changes with  the change of Vehicle

Luggage Carrier is not available for Sedan Car. If  Luggage carriers are required for other higher seat capacity  vehicles kindly mention the requirement of Luggage carrier specifically  pls. so that we can confirm after checking with the Transport supplier accordingly.

It's advisable to start the day at 8.30 AM during your Tour every day  so as to cover all the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary.

Driver service timings 8.30 Am to 6.30 PM,

Air conditioner in the vehicle wouldn't be functional during the drive through hill stations and Ghat Roads

To ensure smooth services, company can also make alternations in the tour, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Museums, Art galleries and any Other institutions which are under the ARCHEOLOGICAL DEPT: will remain closed on all Mondays and any other days as per the Govt Rules 

Tata Tea Museum - opening timings -  09:00 to 16:00 hrs., The museum is closed on Monday. Good Friday is also a holiday for museum.

Periyar Wildlife boating tickets may be hard to get at the venue, and to avoid a long wait, the same can be booked online . You need to report 90 Minutes before the actual Boat timing  - The timings currently are 7.30 AM, 9.30 AM, 11.15 AM, 1.45 PM, 3.30 PM - Its subject to change as per KTDC rules. Jewish Synagogue  - The Synagogue is open every day except Fridays, Saturdays and Jewish holidays.Timings: Forenoon - 10 am to 12 noon; Afternoon - 3 pm to 5 pm

Mattancherry Palace - Closed on Friday and Saturday, Entry timings - 9:45 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 4:45 pm

if you intent to do nature bath at Athirapally. Use at your own risk. Please use with extreme caution, as rocks are slippery and depend on the weather, current may be strong.

HOUSEBOAT DETAILS [if booked]

Houseboat is provided with all meals (Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast, Tea /Coffee / Snacks)

Houseboat Check-in time is 12:00 pm and check-out time is 9 am early check-out is possible on request

Air Conditioner with the bedroom of Deluxe Houseboat will work from 9 PM to  6AM,Full-time A/C is available in Bedroom on Luxury / Premium Houseboat.

Houseboat will be anchored at the time of Lunch.

Houseboat will be stationed from 05.30 PM to 08.00 AM in the bank of the backwater; hence mosquito and water-borne insects are related hitches. It’s sensible to bring repellent for the same.

Typical Kerala Cuisine will be provided with the Houseboat. Choice of food with the Houseboat is very limited. we request you to inform the preference of food [ veg / non-veg] at the time of booking

The Houseboat room and bathroom size are small compared to hotel rooms

The houseboat is meant for exploring the scenic beauty of backwater hence TV Channels will not be available with many Houseboats.

Terms and Conditions

• Package quoted with base room category in the Hotels unless asked for Higher category Room specifically 
• The Quotation is given for pricing purpose only and no hotel rooms are blocked and the pricing given is valid for mentioned dates only and price changes with change of dates 
• The given costing / proposal is based on the requirements mentioned in the communication, any other services would be treated as additional requirement and may attract additional charges as applicable
• The package is provided as per the  Hotel, Room category, Inclusions and itinerary mentioned in Invoice and verbal communication is not agreed. 
• In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, we reserve  the right to adjust the tour price accordingly
• Vouchers provided by us against the booking need to be verified by the traveller and any discrepancy should be brought to notice within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the vouchers 

• In case of non-compliance of payment on the timeline mentioned in the Invoice, the hotels will auto cancel the booking without a prior notice to us and we cant be held responsible for the same

• No Changes in the room type/Hotel is allowed once the booking is confirmed and changes will be treated as per the cancellation policy. 
• Rescheduling of Booking is not possible once the booking is confirmed and it will be as per the cancellation policy  
• Cancellation Policy -As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

Cancellation Charges of INR 1000 per person is applicable any time after the booking is confirmed  

If the cancellation received 30 days or more prior to the departure : 25% of the total package cost; 

If the cancellation received 29 to 19 days prior to the departure : 50% of the total package cost;   

If the cancellation received 19 to 01 days prior to the departure : 100% of the total package cost. 

The cancellation charges are based on the above-mentioned grid on the package cost  or as per the Hotel cancellation Policy whichever is higher cost.
