Notes –

Luggage Carrier is not available for Sedan Car. If  Luggage carriers are required for other higher seat capacity  vehicles kindly mention the requirement of Luggage carrier specificly  pls.  so that we can confirm after checking with the Transport supplier accordingly.

It's advisable to start the day at 8.30 AM during your Tour every day  so as to cover all the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary.

Air conditioner in the vehicle wouldn't be functional during the drive through hill stations and Ghat Roads

To ensure smooth services, company can also make alternations in the tour, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Museums, Art galleries and any Other institutions which are under the ARCHEOLOGICAL DEPT: will remain closed on all Mondays and any other days as per the Govt Rules 

Tata Tea Museum - opening timings -  09:00 to 16:00 hrs., The museum is closed on Monday. Good Friday is also a holiday for museum.

Periyar Wildlife boating tickets may be hard to get at the venue, and to avoid a long wait, the same can be booked online . You need to report 90 Minutes before the actual Boat timing  - The timings currently are 7.30 AM, 9.30 AM, 11.15 AM, 1.45 PM, 3.30 PM - Its subject to change as per KTDC rules. Jewish Synagogue  - The Synagogue is open every day except Fridays, Saturdays and Jewish holidays.Timings: Forenoon - 10 am to 12 noon; Afternoon - 3 pm to 5 pm

Mattancherry Palace - Closed on Friday and Saturday, Entry timings - 9:45 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 4:45 pm

if you intent to do nature bath at Athirapally. Use at your own risk. Please use with extreme caution, as rocks are slippery and depend on the weather, current may be strong.

HOUSEBOAT DETAILS [if booked]

Houseboat is provided with all meals (Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast, Tea /Coffee / Snacks)

Houseboat Check-in time is 12:00 pm and check-out time is 9 am early check-out is possible on request

Air Conditioner with the bedroom of Deluxe Houseboat will work from 9 PM to  6AM,Full-time A/C is available in Bedroom on Luxury / Premium Houseboat.

Houseboat will be anchored at the time of Lunch.

Houseboat will be stationed from 05.30 PM to 08.00 AM in the bank of the backwater; hence mosquito and water-borne insects are related hitches. It’s sensible to bring repellent for the same.

Typical Kerala Cuisine will be provided with the Houseboat. Choice of food with the Houseboat is very limited. we request you to inform the preference of food [ veg / non-veg] at the time of booking

The Houseboat room and bathroom size are small compared to hotel rooms

The houseboat is meant for exploring the scenic beauty of backwater hence TV Channels will not be available with many Houseboats.

Terms and Conditions

• Package quoted with base room category in the Hotels unless asked for Higher category Room specifically 
• The Quotation is given for pricing purpose only and no hotel rooms are blocked and the pricing given is valid for mentioned dates only and price changes with change of dates 
• The given costing / proposal is based on the requirements mentioned in the communication, any other services would be treated as additional requirement and may attract additional charges as applicable
• The package is provided as per the  Hotel, Room category, Inclusions and itinerary mentioned in Invoice and verbal communication is not agreed. 
• In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, we reserve  the right to adjust the tour price accordingly
• Vouchers provided by us against the booking need to be verified by the traveller and any discrepancy should be brought to notice within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the vouchers 

• In case of non-compliance of payment on the timeline mentioned in the Invoice, the hotels will auto cancel the booking without a prior notice to us and we cant be held responsible for the same

• No Changes in the room type/Hotel is allowed once the booking is confirmed and changes will be treated as per the cancellation policy. 
• Rescheduling of Booking is not possible once the booking is confirmed and it will be as per the cancellation policy  
• Cancellation Policy -As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

Cancellation Charges of INR 1000 per person is applicable any time after the booking is confirmed  

If the cancellation received 30 days or more prior to the departure : 25% of the total package cost; 

If the cancellation received 29 to 19 days prior to the departure : 50% of the total package cost;   

If the cancellation received 19 to 01 days prior to the departure : 100% of the total package cost. 

The cancellation charges are based on the above-mentioned grid on the package cost  or as per the Hotel cancellation Policy whichever is higher cost.
